Join us on January 22nd for our 2nd annual Bingo Night.  It will be a fun filled night of laughter, friendly competition, and chances to win a variety of prizes.  No bingo markers needed.  Just bring the family (and maybe some lucky charms).

 $10 per family entry fee will get you rounds of fun until time runs out. 

NEW this year:  Order food.  $5 will get you pizza, water, and a dessert.

Dear Greenbriar Families,

We’re excited for our annual Greenbriar BINGO Night Fundraiser on Thursday, January 29th. This event is intended for families to attend together for a night of BINGO, prizes, pizza, and fun. Siblings are welcome. We have added a set of rules and guidelines at the end of this document  to help play run smoothly and a little quieter this year. Please take time to review your child and help set the expectations that not everyone is able to win.

SCHEDULE

5:00: Sensory-friendly check-in begins

5:15-5:45: Sensory-friendly BINGO time for families whose children need a quieter environment

5:45: Check in-begins

6:00-7:00: BINGO Night for all

REGISTRATION

Attendees need to pre-register via the PTO website in the following ways: REGISTRATION OPENS ON MONDAY JANUARY, 12th.

Full BINGO Package–$200

Purchase a table with 10 chairs for your family/friends. This purchase includes two Viccino’s  cheese pizzas (cut into 10 slices), 10 bottles of water, 10 cookie packs, and 10 BINGO cards. Your table will be reserved. **Please note, we only have 20 tables available and they will be first come, first served. No other table space will be available at the event.

BINGO Chair with Food–$15/person

Pre-register to reserve a chair in the gym (no table). This package includes one slice of Viccino’s cheese pizza, one bottle of water, one cookie pack and one BINGO card.

BINGO Card–$8/person

Pre-register to reserve a chair in the gym (no table). This package includes one BINGO card. Please note, we cannot guarantee a chair for attendees who do not purchase a BINGO card.

Sensory-Friendly BINGO–$8/person

Pre-register to reserve a spot for the sensory-friendly BINGO experience. This package includes one BINGO card. All attendees to this portion of the event will have access to the tables from 5:00-5:45.

Sensory-Friendly BINGO with Food–$15/person

Pre-register to reserve a spot for the sensory-friendly BINGO experience. This package includes one BINGO card, slice of Viccino’s cheese pizza, a water bottle, and cookie.  All attendees to this portion of the event will have access to the tables from 5:00-5:45.

Please note, this year we are using Viccino’s pizza. The slices will be a little smaller than the ones on Friday’s at school. You can order additional slices of pizza for $5. Individual gluten free pizzas can be purchased in advance for $15.

Depending on the amount of pre-registrations, we may be able to offer BINGO cards for sale on the night of the event but, if you plan to come, please pre-register to guarantee your spot. Your child/ren's birthday will be celebrated with yard signs from the Greenbriar PTO. Please be sure that birthdays are entered correctly on your PTO account. Only one set needed for twins. 

We are partnering with Do-Rite Donuts – Gluten Free and Vegan options are available!  Order on the PTO Website by February 6th and we will deliver them to your child at lunch on February 11th!

Treat a staff member by buying them a donut too!  We will purchase enough for each staff member – any extra funds raised will be used for staff treats at a later date and to fund goodies for teacher appreciation week!
